The Refund and Exchange Policy of our software license.
Refund Policy
All software available on our site can be freely downloaded to try out all features. Please test thoroughly before purchasing a license. No returns/refunds will be accepted after the license key has been registered.
Full refunds are available under these circumstances:
- Within 7 days of purchase and the license key has not been registered;
- The license key fails to deliver advertised functionality, specifically:
– iVCam / WeCam / VCam / Camera Measure software cannot remove the “TRIAL” watermark we add to output videos;
– VSC software cannot remove the “Trial Version” voice from output audio.
Refunds will generally be processed through original payment channels on the same day of request, but delays may occasionally occur due to technical reasons. Please be patient in such cases.
Exchange Policy
If you accidentally purchased the wrong software or find other software on our site better suits your needs, you may exchange it by paying the price difference within 7 days of purchase.
If the software has been registered, you must uninstall the registered software before exchange.
Upgrade Policy
For subscription-based licenses (e.g. annual licenses), you may upgrade to permanent licenses by paying the price difference calculated as:
Permanent license price – Subscription license price × (Remaining usage time ÷ Subscription period)
Example: Upgrading a 3-month-used iVCam annual subscription ($12.95) to permanent license ($25.95) requires:
25.95 – 12.95 * (12 – 3) / 12 = $16.2375
