You can try following methods if iPlayTo couldn't detect your TV:
- Make sure that your TV supports DLNA and is connected to the same local network as iPlayTo;
- Restart iPlayTo service by pressing the restart button in main view;
- Disable the WiFi of your iPhone/iPad and re-enable it;
- Restart (reboot) your WiFi router or check its UPnP configuration;
- Check & Reconnect your TV's network;
- Sometimes wait for a while (10+ minutes) will also help;
In most cases it means that Your TV DOES NOT support the media format.
You should know that it's your TV who download and play the media, not our app, we just send the media link to it and can't help it playing the media.

- For local photos, you can try using different photo sizes (which can be selected in app);
- For local videos, you can try using different video sizes (which can be selected in app);
- For local music, you can check the [mp3] button to convert music into MP3 format for playback;
- For online media, you can download it and play.
- For photos and videos in your album, you can choose bigger photo size or higher video quality in our app to get better quality, but with bigger file sizes.
- For online media, you can swip left on a media item cell to select different quaity if it has.
- For web media, choose better quality to play if the website supports.
Some TVs don't support photo's EXIF information or the orientation of video, so the portrait photo or video will be rotated when playing.
You can select a different photo size or video quality in iPlayTo to make it playing in the right direction. If not, please check the "Rotate vertical video" button (It's better not checking this if you can play it without problem).

You may want iPlayTo to play the videos (in Video app) which were downloaded from iTunes, sorry to tell you that it's not possible because Apple doesn't allow us to do this - access another app's data.

- In other applications, select the video file and choose "open with iPlayTo" (if there's such an option);
- Upload the video file to iPlayTo (via "My Files" function);
Some music downloaded from iTunes are DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected, and our APP is not allowed to play them to your device.

IPlayTo itself does support automatic playback, you can also choose a different playback mode (loop, single cycle, random play, sequential play) and so on.
But many DLNA devices have problems in DLNA implementation, resulting in iPlayTo could not get the player's status, playback progress, volume and other information, so it can not work as it should.

You can upload media files to iPlayTo for playback, there are two ways:
- Use the file sharing service of iTunes to upload files to the document directory of iPlayTo;
- Recommended: Use "My Files" module of iPlayTo to upload files;
You can also manage the uploaded files, such as delete, move, rename, etc.
First, Windows is able to access iPlayTo. Open iPlayTo and you will see it in "My Computer" on PC, and you can browse its files just like browsing local files on PC.
